Template Monster Launches MarkupTutorials.com - W3Reports - Daily Webmaster News

What appears to be an intelligent launch by this template seller is actually not a collection of their own tutorials but a collection of tutorials from all kinds of other websites. With plenty of advertisements for their templates along with borrowed content it looks like nothing more than a marketing ploy. Many of the tutorials are very good, but they aren't coming from Template Monster.

Is this normal today, to see companies farming content from other people? I have to assume they got permission, but I know there are plenty who don't.
